7 Ways We Utilize X (Twitter) to Bring Our Clients Value
During my time at Merrill Lynch, I was very limited in my ability to share only firm-approved research with my clients. Since I founded Crossover Capital, X has become an important tool that we utilize daily.
Here are 7 ways we’re leveraging X to provide value to our clients (in no particular order).
Share Expert Insights
X is an amazing resource that allows us to share research and charting from some of the smartest minds across both traditional and decentralized finance.
Provide Commentary on Trending Issues
Trending issues provide us an opportunity to provide our commentary and thoughts on why such an issue matters to our clients. We can also respond to questions about trends or events that are taking place.
Educate Our Audience
At Crossover Capital, education is at the heart of what we strive to provide our clients day in and day out. In an ever-evolving space where some of the issues are quite complex, we can break things down in more simple terms, use visual aids, and provide actionable insights.
Provide “Real-Time” Value
These days, news has a tendency to break on X before it’s seen on traditional media outlets. By following reputable outlets, industry leaders, and verified influencers, we can provide our clients with updates on breaking news as it happens.
Share Success Stories
By crafting relatable stories that focus on real life scenarios that many in our audience may be facing, we can share how we navigate certain situations, as well as the results we delivered.
Build Brand Authority & Thought Leadership
By consistently sharing valuable insights, engaging with our audience, and positioning ourselves as a trusted expert, we’re able to continually push Crossover Capital forward as a thought leader in the digital asset space.
Engage with Industry Professionals and Build Relationships
Interacting with content that industry professionals are publishing has been a valuable and organic means of initiating and building key relationships for our team. By engaging with quality content, we have come across various investors, crypto exchanges, crypto custodians, and other financial advisors. We have been able to meet with many of these folks, and we continue to build these relationships.
The Bottom Line
By consistently providing high-quality content and fostering engagement, we’re able to provide value to our existing client base, while at the same time engaging with potential new clients.
